Working members, associate members, observer members and experts may attend general assembly meetings and participate in debates without having the right to vote.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><br \/>\nThe General Assembly of the Federation , ordinary or extraordinary, is convened at the invitation of the President of the Federation at the headquarters of the Federation or in a suitable place of his choice, by notifying all members who have the right to attend a notification explaining the date and place of the meeting and attached to the agenda &#8211; by any means of communication recorded by the member of the Federation&#8217;s registers &#8211; at least thirty days before the scheduled meeting.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The General Assembly is invited to meet at least once a year and the General Assembly may be invited to extraordinary meetings whenever necessary. The general assembly meetings are chaired by the President of the Federation or whoever delegates him, If the President and his Commissioner are absent, one of the two vice-presidents will be chaired by one of the vice-presidents, and if the two vice-presidents are absent, the General Assembly will be chaired by the oldest, oldest or most experienced member.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;50px&#8221;][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/12&#8243; tab_id=&#8221;1591074255606-c6c23951-eed0&#8243; el_class=&#8221;aucadsnacch&#8221;][vc_column_text module_animation=&#8221;transition.fadeIn&#8221; el_class=&#8221;aucadsnacctext&#8221;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The validity of the AGM requires the presence of an absolute majority of members who have the right to vote and that the attendees must be from at least half of the states to which the working members of the Federation belong.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In the event that the quorum of the meeting is not completed, the meeting shall be postponed for one hour and the meeting is valid in this case if at least a quarter of the members attend, provided that they belong to one third of the countries to which the members of the Federation belong.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">If the quorum of the meeting is not completed, the meeting will be postponed for another hour and the meeting is valid in this case, provided that the number of attendees is not less than three members and two Arab qataris.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The General Assembly issues its decisions by a majority of the votes of the attendees and at equality the side in which the President of the Federation is weighted.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The assembly&#8217;s decisions are recorded in the minutes of the General Assembly sessions and are signed by the President of the Federation and the Secretary-General.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section i_icon_fontawesome=&#8221;fas fa-bullhorn&#8221; el_class=&#8221;aucadsnacch&#8221;][vc_column_text module_animation=&#8221;transition.fadeIn&#8221; el_class=&#8221;aucadsnacctext&#8221;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Consider and adopt the Union&#8217;s plan.<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Approval of the financial and administrative regulations, the organizational structure of the Federation and the list of elections of the members of the Board of Directors.<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Electing board members.<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Election of the President and Deputies of the Federation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The election of the Secretary-General.<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Determine the membership fees and annual subscriptions of union members.<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Appoint the auditor for the next fiscal year and determine his rewards.<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Consideration of the annual financial budget, final accounts and auditor&#8217;s report and ratification.<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Consider the annual report prepared by the Board of Directors on the activity of the Federation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Consideration of the draft budget estimate for the new fiscal year.<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Any actions &#8211;
