The establishment of the Arab Academy of Arbitration, which is derived from the Arab Federation of Commercial Arbitration and Dispute Settlement, as one of its main sectors and as an integral and complementary part of it, It will act as an international Arab body that follows its direct management of the presidency and secretariat of the Union and is fully subject to its decisions and provisions, It may in no way double the presidency or the Secretariat.
The Academy will have full legal personality and full capacity to carry out its business and activities and achieve its objectives and has all the advantages and immunities stipulated in the Agreement on The Advantages and Immunities of the League of Arab States.
